O. Milton Wilkinson died Thursday night at 10:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Seth Swank, 810 East Market Street, as the result of a paralytic stroke, which he suffered Thursday afternoon wihile attending the funeral services of his brother, Aaron Harley Wilkinson. Mr. Wilkinson was well known in this community, having spent his entire life in this county. For many years he was engaged in farming and recently he has been custodian for Garfield school. His home is in Garfield. The deceased was born in this county July 5 , 1850 the son of Aaron and Catherine Wilkinson. Many years ago he united in marriage to Eunice Jane McCormick, who preceded her husband in death Nov 5, 1926. Mr. Wilkinson was a member of Garfield Christian Church. Survivors are 5 children: Mrs. Mattie Kennedy of Indianapolis; ER Wilkinson of Urbana, Ill; Mrs. Seth Swank of this city; Mrs. Garfield Parks of Urbana, Ill and OF Wilkinson of Kankakee, Ill; a brother, AJ Wilkinson of Oklahoma City, Ok; 23 grandchildren 20 great grandchildren. The funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
